Dockerfilefor production and development environments.Refer to the README for usage instructions. If the
ACCESS_TOKENandVERIFY_TOKENenvironment variables are unassigned, Docker Compose throws an exception.Usage of
--frozen-lockfilederived from yarnpkg/yarn#4147.
